I'm really pleased to share information about my new 'Movement Morning' workshops, which will happen once a month throughout the spring. The first one will take place on Saturday 22nd February 2020, 10am - 1pm (with tea break) at Milton Parish Centre in Stoke-on-Trent. The cost is £15 for the morning, including refreshments. It will be a great way to explore moving your body in a safe, supportive environment, practice some self-care and enjoy social time with others. Please get in touch for more information or to book a place.
Studio 307: Between 2nd and 3rd March, 2020, I will be undertaking a residency at AWOL studios in Manchester curated by Amy Voris and the Accumulations project. During this time, I will be developing my PhD thesis and sharing insights on my research process.
